Safety & compassionate empowerment are cornerstones of my practice. I believe my life path is to help others find or regain their joy, heal from hurt, and reconnect with self. Conscious energetic awareness and life long learning are major themes along my path to personal growth. Mindfulness has become a key component in my life, as it is in my professional practice. In 2013, I completed a10 day silent Vipassana meditation course. I actively practice various forms of self healing and growth in my own life. My core belief is that love can truly change the world.

With all these experiences I have gleaned valuable and applicable insight and wisdom which inform my practice giving me a holistic, open worldview. I’ve been told I have a warm, calm, stable presence. Hobbies: gardening, astrology, energetic healing & metaphysics.
